# Canon Publisher Mobile vs Cloud Ready printer

The clearest difference is rating: Canon Publisher Mobile at 5.0 against Cloud Ready printer's 4.0. Canon Publisher Mobile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Cloud Ready printer's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cloud Ready printer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Canon Publisher Mobile asks for nothing beyond the download.

Canon Publisher Mobile holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cloud Ready printer has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Canon Publisher Mobile's written reviews are positive against 38% of Cloud Ready printer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Canon Publisher Mobile ships an update every 5 months, Cloud Ready printer monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
