# Quinyx Mobile vs ECGO.

The clearest difference is review sentiment: ECGO. at 100% against Quinyx Mobile's 37%. ECGO. also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.0). Quinyx Mobile's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (985 vs 4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Quinyx Mobile holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quinyx Mobile has 985 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Quinyx Mobile's written reviews are positive against 100% of ECGO.'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Quinyx Mobile ships an update monthly, ECGO. every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
