# BB Checkers vs 中国象棋®

The clearest difference is rating: 中国象棋® at 5.0 against BB Checkers's 4.5. BB Checkers's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 50%) and ratings volume (405 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

中国象棋® holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BB Checkers has 405 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of BB Checkers's written reviews are positive against 50% of 中国象棋®'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
