# File Converter vs Text File Converter

The clearest difference is ads: Text File Converter at none against File Converter's shown. Text File Converter also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. File Converter sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per 7 days and Text File Converter sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
