# Broadway.com vs 1iota

The clearest difference is ads: 1iota at none against Broadway.com's shown. 1iota also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

1iota holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 1iota has 22K ratings behind it against 2K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 38% and 38% positive.

Broadway.com ships an update every 2 months, 1iota every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
