# QQ阅读 vs 爱奇艺小说

The clearest difference is rating: 爱奇艺小说 at 4.8 against QQ阅读's 4.4. 爱奇艺小说 also leads on ratings volume (277K vs 1.5K). QQ阅读's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 4 weeks) and chart position (#144 vs unranked). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QQ阅读 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and 爱奇艺小说 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

爱奇艺小说 holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 爱奇艺小说 has 277K ratings behind it against 1.5K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of QQ阅读's written reviews are positive against 49% of 爱奇艺小说's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

QQ阅读 ships an update weekly, 爱奇艺小说 every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
