# myWork vs TimeTrack for Freelancers

The clearest difference is ratings volume: TimeTrack for Freelancers at 690 against myWork's 15. myWork's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. myWork sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and TimeTrack for Freelancers sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

myWork holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TimeTrack for Freelancers has 690 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 89% of myWork's written reviews are positive against 93% of TimeTrack for Freelancers's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

myWork ships an update every 2 weeks, TimeTrack for Freelancers every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
