# Best Secret Folder vs Keeply

The clearest difference is ads: Keeply at none against Best Secret Folder's shown. Keeply also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Best Secret Folder's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (13K vs 65). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Best Secret Folder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $14.99 per year and Keeply sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Best Secret Folder holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Best Secret Folder has 13K ratings behind it against 65, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 66% of Best Secret Folder's written reviews are positive against 70% of Keeply's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Best Secret Folder ships an update every 6 weeks, Keeply fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
