Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Brain Health Games at 4.8 against Finding Santa's 1.0. Brain Health Games also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 24 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). Finding Santa's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Brain Health Games holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Brain Health Games has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Finding Santa's written reviews are positive against 80% of Brain Health Games's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Finding Santa ships an update every 24 months, Brain Health Games every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
