# Netvue vs LaView

The clearest difference is rating: LaView at 4.7 against Netvue's 2.5. LaView also leads on ratings volume (22K vs 542) and review sentiment (37% vs 27%). Netvue's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LaView holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LaView has 22K ratings behind it against 542, so its average is the more settled of the two.
