# Netvue vs BN

The clearest difference is rating: BN at 4.7 against Netvue's 2.5. BN also leads on ratings volume (1.9K vs 542). Netvue's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and review sentiment (27% vs 19%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BN holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 542 and 1.9K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Netvue's written reviews are positive against 19% of BN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Netvue ships an update monthly, BN every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
