# PPP Agency vs Pro EMS

The clearest difference is ads: PPP Agency at none against Pro EMS's shown. PPP Agency also leads on update cadence (every 5 months vs every 19 months) and ratings volume (22 vs 2). Pro EMS's advantage is rating (3.0 vs 2.6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pro EMS holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PPP Agency has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PPP Agency ships an update every 5 months, Pro EMS every 19 months. Both last shipped on October 20, 2026.
