# SignNow vs VPN Protector & Proxy

The clearest difference is ratings volume: SignNow at 18K against VPN Protector & Proxy's 638. SignNow also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks) and chart position (#85 vs unranked). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SignNow sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and VPN Protector & Proxy sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SignNow holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SignNow has 18K ratings behind it against 638, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 65% of SignNow's written reviews are positive against 61% of VPN Protector & Proxy's.

SignNow ships an update every 9 days, VPN Protector & Proxy every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
