# Pandora Drive Pro vs Chooser

The clearest difference is rating: Chooser at 5.0 against Pandora Drive Pro's 3.6. Chooser also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Pandora Drive Pro's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (54 vs 2). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pandora Drive Pro sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Chooser sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Chooser holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pandora Drive Pro has 54 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pandora Drive Pro ships an update every 3 weeks, Chooser every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
