# CTM Buddy vs MyCUniq

The clearest difference is rating: CTM Buddy at 2.5 against MyCUniq's 1.3. CTM Buddy also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). MyCUniq's advantage is review sentiment (59% vs 25%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 2 weeks). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

CTM Buddy holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 26 and 14 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of CTM Buddy's written reviews are positive against 59% of MyCUniq's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
