# EON TV vs Apollon

The clearest difference is rating: Apollon at 2.6 against EON TV's 2.3. EON TV's advantage is ratings volume (155 vs 39) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Apollon holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 2.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 155 and 39 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of EON TV's written reviews are positive against 14% of Apollon's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
