# EON TV vs Τηλεόραση

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: EON TV at none against Τηλεόραση's 1. EON TV also leads on ratings volume (155 vs 7). Τηλεόραση's advantage is review sentiment (36% vs 15%) and iOS requirement (9.1 vs 14.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Τηλεόραση sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. EON TV asks for nothing beyond the download.

EON TV holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EON TV has 155 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of EON TV's written reviews are positive against 36% of Τηλεόραση's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
