# Motorcycle Theory Test UK Kit vs CDL Prep

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Motorcycle Theory Test UK Kit at 75% against CDL Prep's 25%. Motorcycle Theory Test UK Kit also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 5 months). CDL Prep's advantage is ratings volume (375 vs 4) and rating (4.8 vs 4.5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Motorcycle Theory Test UK Kit sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and CDL Prep sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per 3 months. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

CDL Prep holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CDL Prep has 375 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Motorcycle Theory Test UK Kit's written reviews are positive against 25% of CDL Prep's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Motorcycle Theory Test UK Kit ships an update weekly, CDL Prep every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
