# PackTrack App vs E

The clearest difference is update cadence: E at every 3 weeks against PackTrack App's every 4 months. PackTrack App's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.6). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for PackTrack App against 5.0 for E. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PackTrack App has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

PackTrack App ships an update every 4 months, E every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 26, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
