# Doodle Devil™ Alchemy HD vs Button Push!

The clearest difference is rating: Button Push! at 4.7 against Doodle Devil™ Alchemy HD's 3.9. Button Push! also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months) and ratings volume (4.2K vs 14). Doodle Devil™ Alchemy HD's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 20%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Doodle Devil™ Alchemy HD sells 6 one-off in-app purchases and Button Push! sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Button Push! holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Button Push! has 4.2K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Doodle Devil™ Alchemy HD's written reviews are positive against 20% of Button Push!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Doodle Devil™ Alchemy HD ships an update every 4 months, Button Push! weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
