# Ajel vs اليوم السابع

The clearest difference is ads: اليوم السابع at none against Ajel's shown. اليوم السابع also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and review sentiment (44% vs 32%). Ajel's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 4.0). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ajel holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 559 and 421 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Ajel's written reviews are positive against 44% of اليوم السابع's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
