# Bansko vs НП Пирин

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: НП Пирин at none against Bansko's 1. НП Пирин also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and device support (3 vs 1). Bansko's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (11 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bansko sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. НП Пирин asks for nothing beyond the download.

НП Пирин holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bansko has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of Bansko's written reviews are positive against 83% of НП Пирин's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bansko ships an update monthly, НП Пирин every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
