# FOCUS Equip vs Verve

The clearest difference is update cadence: Verve at every 5 days against FOCUS Equip's every 3 months. Verve also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). FOCUS Equip's advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Verve holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FOCUS Equip has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

FOCUS Equip ships an update every 3 months, Verve every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
