# iCalendar vs Google Calendar

The clearest difference is price: Google Calendar at Free against iCalendar's $2.99. Google Calendar also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (133K vs 5.6K). iCalendar's advantage is review sentiment (71% vs 38%) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 18.0). On rating, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
