# SunPass vs Where2Ride

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Where2Ride at 64% against SunPass's 3%. Where2Ride also leads on rating (4.2 vs 1.6) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). SunPass's advantage is ratings volume (2.4K vs 14) and chart position (#148 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Where2Ride holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 1.6.
