# Voice Recorder & Notes Pro vs Duo Recorder

The clearest difference is update cadence: Duo Recorder at every 2 days against Voice Recorder & Notes Pro's every 3 weeks. Duo Recorder also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Voice Recorder & Notes Pro's advantage is ratings volume (13K vs 1) and device support (4 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Voice Recorder & Notes Pro sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $16.99 per month and Duo Recorder sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
