# QuestChat vs RealMen

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RealMen at 68% against QuestChat's 13%. RealMen also leads on rating (4.4 vs 2.8) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuestChat sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and RealMen sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.95 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RealMen holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RealMen has 440 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 13% of QuestChat's written reviews are positive against 68% of RealMen's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
