# iComics vs Lenna

The clearest difference is price: Lenna at Free against iComics's $0.99. Lenna also leads on review sentiment (98% vs 80%). iComics's advantage is ratings volume (3.3K vs 119) and chart position (#23 vs unranked). On rating, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Lenna is free to download; iComics costs $0.99 up front. iComics sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Lenna sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for iComics against 4.9 for Lenna. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iComics has 3.3K ratings behind it against 119, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 80% of iComics's written reviews are positive against 98% of Lenna's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
