# Earth vs GLOBE Data Entry

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Earth at 74% against GLOBE Data Entry's 0%. Earth also leads on ratings volume (42 vs 2). GLOBE Data Entry's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (6.0 vs 13.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

GLOBE Data Entry holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Earth has 42 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Earth's written reviews are positive against 0% of GLOBE Data Entry's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Earth ships an update every 4 months, GLOBE Data Entry every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
