# Rosary Pro vs Padre Pio

The clearest difference is rating: Padre Pio at 4.8 against Rosary Pro's 4.0. Rosary Pro's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rosary Pro sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Padre Pio sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Padre Pio holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 108 and 298 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Rosary Pro's written reviews are positive against 55% of Padre Pio's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Rosary Pro ships an update every 9 days, Padre Pio every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
