# pmx vs Universal Remote

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: pmx at none against Universal Remote's 1. pmx also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 17.6). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Universal Remote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. pmx asks for nothing beyond the download.
