# Dreambox Controller vs Calculator Pro Elite

The clearest difference is price: Dreambox Controller at $0.99 against Calculator Pro Elite's $9.99. Dreambox Controller also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Calculator Pro Elite's advantage is ratings volume (2.1K vs 1) and review sentiment (92% vs 74%). On update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Dreambox Controller costs $0.99 and Calculator Pro Elite $9.99 up front. Calculator Pro Elite sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Dreambox Controller asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dreambox Controller holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Calculator Pro Elite has 2.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Dreambox Controller's written reviews are positive against 92% of Calculator Pro Elite's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
