# Masquerade Dance vs Global Dance Events

The clearest difference is rating: Masquerade Dance at 4.7 against Global Dance Events's 3.5. Masquerade Dance also leads on ratings volume (267 vs 11) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 7 months). Global Dance Events's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (75% vs 44%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Masquerade Dance holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Masquerade Dance has 267 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Masquerade Dance's written reviews are positive against 75% of Global Dance Events's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Masquerade Dance ships an update every 2 months, Global Dance Events every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
