# AXISNet vs Proxy Browser

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Proxy Browser at 75% against AXISNet's 39%. Proxy Browser also leads on update cadence (daily vs monthly). AXISNet's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AXISNet holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1.2K and 355 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of AXISNet's written reviews are positive against 75% of Proxy Browser's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AXISNet ships an update monthly, Proxy Browser daily. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
