# Computer Forums vs Special Bridge

The clearest difference is rating: Special Bridge at 2.7 against Computer Forums's 1.0. Special Bridge also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). Computer Forums's advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 33%) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Special Bridge sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per month. Computer Forums asks for nothing beyond the download.

Special Bridge holds the better App Store score, 2.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Special Bridge has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Computer Forums's written reviews are positive against 33% of Special Bridge's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Computer Forums ships an update every 9 months, Special Bridge every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
