# Torah vs BDouin Maker

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Torah at none against BDouin Maker's 8. BDouin Maker's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 6 months). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BDouin Maker sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Torah asks for nothing beyond the download.

Torah holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 30 and 102 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of Torah's written reviews are positive against 95% of BDouin Maker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Torah ships an update every 6 months, BDouin Maker weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
