# THE PLAN Magazine vs Smart Timetable

THE PLAN Magazine and Smart Timetable both sit at 4.4 stars, but that hides the real split: 80% of Smart Timetable's written reviews are positive against 40% of THE PLAN Magazine's. Smart Timetable also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (3.5K vs 13). THE PLAN Magazine's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. THE PLAN Magazine sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per year and Smart Timetable sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Smart Timetable holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smart Timetable has 3.5K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.
