# RoomSync vs Engage Rewards

The clearest difference is update cadence: RoomSync at weekly against Engage Rewards's every 3 weeks. RoomSync also leads on ratings volume (5.1K vs 899). Engage Rewards's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.5). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for RoomSync against 4.8 for Engage Rewards. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoomSync has 5.1K ratings behind it against 899, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 18% of RoomSync's written reviews are positive against 25% of Engage Rewards's.

RoomSync ships an update weekly, Engage Rewards every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
