# RoomSync vs MC Network

The clearest difference is rating: RoomSync at 4.7 against MC Network's 4.2. RoomSync also leads on ratings volume (5.1K vs 5) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

RoomSync holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoomSync has 5.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RoomSync ships an update weekly, MC Network monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
