# RoomSync vs SolMo

The clearest difference is update cadence: SolMo at daily against RoomSync's weekly. SolMo also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). RoomSync's advantage is ratings volume (4.4K vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SolMo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RoomSync has 4.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RoomSync ships an update weekly, SolMo daily. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
