# RPP Noticias. vs El Comercio Perú

The clearest difference is rating: El Comercio Perú at 4.2 against RPP Noticias.'s 3.3. El Comercio Perú also leads on ratings volume (179 vs 16). RPP Noticias.'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

El Comercio Perú holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: El Comercio Perú has 179 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 31% of RPP Noticias.'s written reviews are positive against 25% of El Comercio Perú's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
