# Autodesk Forma vs Follo

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Follo at 100% against Autodesk Forma's 41%. Follo also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 5) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Autodesk Forma's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 months) and rating (4.7 vs 4.3). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Autodesk Forma sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Follo asks for nothing beyond the download.

Autodesk Forma holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Autodesk Forma has 22K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of Autodesk Forma's written reviews are positive against 100% of Follo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Autodesk Forma ships an update every 9 days, Follo every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
