# Dynalite EnvisionTouch vs Crestron Go

The clearest difference is rating: Crestron Go at 2.2 against Dynalite EnvisionTouch's 1.0. Crestron Go also leads on ratings volume (99 vs 2) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 11 months). Dynalite EnvisionTouch's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crestron Go sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Dynalite EnvisionTouch asks for nothing beyond the download.

Crestron Go holds the better App Store score, 2.2 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crestron Go has 99 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 12% of Dynalite EnvisionTouch's written reviews are positive against 10% of Crestron Go's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dynalite EnvisionTouch ships an update every 11 months, Crestron Go every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
