# Психология и тренинги vs 585Gold

Психология и тренинги and 585Gold both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 71% of Психология и тренинги's written reviews are positive against 29% of 585Gold's. Психология и тренинги also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). 585Gold's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Психология и тренинги sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. 585Gold asks for nothing beyond the download.

585Gold holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 85 and 56 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of Психология и тренинги's written reviews are positive against 29% of 585Gold's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Психология и тренинги ships an update every 5 months, 585Gold every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
