# FarmPAD Mobile vs ShurLink

FarmPAD Mobile also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months) and iOS requirement (8.1 vs 15.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ShurLink holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 7 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of FarmPAD Mobile's written reviews are positive against 0% of ShurLink's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
