# Radyom vs Lyrix

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Radyom at 80% against Lyrix's 13%. Radyom also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17). Lyrix's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lyrix sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Radyom asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lyrix holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lyrix has 7.3K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Radyom's written reviews are positive against 13% of Lyrix's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Radyom ships an update every 3 months, Lyrix every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
