# Memory vs Remember Faces Memory Test

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Remember Faces Memory Test at none against Memory's 10. Memory's advantage is update cadence (every 11 days vs every 16 months) and ratings volume (10K vs 15). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Memory sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Remember Faces Memory Test asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Memory against 4.7 for Remember Faces Memory Test. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Memory has 10K ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two.
