# Estadão vs CBN Amazônia

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: CBN Amazônia at none against Estadão's 3. CBN Amazônia also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 16%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Estadão's advantage is ratings volume (1.3K vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Estadão sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. CBN Amazônia asks for nothing beyond the download.

CBN Amazônia holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Estadão has 1.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 16% of Estadão's written reviews are positive against 50% of CBN Amazônia's.

Estadão ships an update fortnightly, CBN Amazônia every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
