# 论子平 vs 测测

The clearest difference is price: 测测 at Free against 论子平's $12.99. 测测 also leads on ratings volume (362 vs 5) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). 论子平's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and rating (4.6 vs 4.2). On review sentiment, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

测测 is free to download; 论子平 costs $12.99 up front. 测测 sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. 论子平 asks for nothing beyond the download.

论子平 holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 测测 has 362 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of 论子平's written reviews are positive against 77% of 测测's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
