# Norton Password Manager vs Bitdefender Mobile Security

Norton Password Manager and Bitdefender Mobile Security both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of Norton Password Manager's written reviews are positive against 46% of Bitdefender Mobile Security's. Norton Password Manager also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 8). Bitdefender Mobile Security's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 5 weeks) and chart position (#157 vs unranked). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bitdefender Mobile Security sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Norton Password Manager asks for nothing beyond the download.

Bitdefender Mobile Security holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 42K and 38K respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Norton Password Manager's written reviews are positive against 46% of Bitdefender Mobile Security's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
